I received my double under mount sink safely even though it was in a very strong cardboard box this box was packed in another bigger cardboard box and surrounded by air filled polythene bags so there was no chance of damage .The only problem was that it was delivered to the wrong house by the courierbut i managed to to locate it two doors away so full marks to Tap Warehousebut no points to the courier

Have recently had a problem with a relatively (6months) new tap starting to rust. Contacted Tapwarehouse customer service and within ten minutes of my contact, they had contacted supplier. Just 48 hours later a complete new tap arrived. That is phenomenal service from both Tapwarehouse and the supplier. Why would I ever go elsewhere? Thank you to all and especially Frankie on Customer Services.

Orla Concealed Shower kit. Shower riser - flimsy plastic, scratched and tarnished. Needed quick replacement for bathroom installers. Long wait for return procedure. Tap warehouse trying to charge me for return of faulty goods, claiming I only need to send back defective riser but the whole kit had to be replaced in order for my bathroom installation to go ahead without waiting for delivery of replacement riser. It did in fact look a very flimsy part of the kit which I can't imagine wearing very well, even if an untarnished piece had been sent back to me.

I bought a Butler & Rose traditional kitchen bridge mixer tap with levers .The website clearly states a lifetime guarantee and nowhere does it mention that serviceable parts(ie the valves) have a one year guarantee,The guarantee after a year is with casseille and they don’t actually manufacture spares, so basically the taps are useless once the valves go wrong ,To add insult to injury they sold me a pair of taps that are not fit for purpose , Then they take down my review so no accountability Just a note for Tapwarehouse , I have retained all your emails and I’am going to report you to the trading standards

After purchasing a sink. I had to return due to it having a fault. I'm still waiting for a refund.been over a week and had no feed back as yet. So not very pleased.

We ordered a tap for our utility room. We were happy with the price and order / delivery process, having received the tap without issue in the expected timelines. We haven't yet installed the tap yet but hopefully everything will be in order.

Website easy to navigate. Packaged well with no damage, unlike many other deliveries for our new kitchenCould have got this sink cheaper elsewhere if I had done more price comparisons

I ordered a pair of wash hand basin taps (No899203) on December 22nd for next day delivery. Probably a perfectly good pair of taps for the purpose, however I am yet to see them (January 11th) as the courier used (DHL) is obviously not up to the task. The next day delivery date has now shifted eight times so far I believe.
